ABOUT
Tanessa
I am more than a doula. I am a vessel, called to stand in the gap for mothers during one of the most sacred moments of their lives.
My heart is anchored in serving Black and Brown women of faith as they journey through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I believe that childbirth is not just a physical experience, but a spiritual one, where heaven meets earth and life is ushered in through divine intention. As your doula, I don’t just show up with knowledge and support. I come led by the Holy Spirit, creating an atmosphere of peace, covering, and presence.
I understand the weight many women carry into birth spaces, including fear, uncertainty, and the reality of disparities that disproportionately affect our communities. Because of this, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, advocacy, and unwavering faith, ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and protected every step of the way.
This work is deeply personal to me. It is a calling rooted in obedience, love, and the belief that every mother deserves to experience birth with dignity, safety, and the assurance that she is not alone.
